The Course-A-Quarter Program

Many people we've spoken with say things like "our entire department should take this course." We listened, we learned. To meet the need we offer a discount for organizations who schedule one of our courses every quarter. Up to 10 people can register for any one of our courses per semester, and we will discount the course fee by 25%.

The Course-A-Month Program

Of course, people have also said, "our entire organization should go through this course." We think so too. And to help meet this need we will discount the course fee 10% a month (no it's not cumulative; we mean 10% each month.) when your organization schedules at least one course every month.

The ReCourse Program

The "learning curve" phenomenon works both ways. While it's steep at the front end it also drops off at the back end. In traditional training, that means after three months participants will only retain about one-third of what they've learned. While our numbers are higher, the fact remains: people do forget, and need refreshers (that's why pilots, people who know CPR, and even trainers need to be recertified).

We conduct mini-courses to help remind our graduates of all the good things they learned. These are half-day sessions for 6 - 15 people and cost $295 per seat, unless you subscribe to Linchpin's ReCourse program. With the ReCourse program we will once a quarter teach the mini-course for 6 - 10 people, at a fee of just $195 per seat. It's the best way we can think of to keep your linchpin people at the top of their game.
